Training is good, but the real path to tangible success depends on transforming how we apply new skills in our everyday lives. This was also how we helped a business actively involved in the cultural sector progress: what they wanted was to provide employees with multi-layered training to improve their communication skills. When providing such services, it is important to develop the training by collaborating with the future coach and adapting the training content to the respective cultural field. The aim is also to convey high-quality content, in line with the “Train-the-Trainer” programme, which is shaped to suit its audience.
