Coaching, team-building
As project coach, we’ve seen all the ups and downs as part of an international project team, such as members losing motivation and efficiency after two years project work without any visible end product. Moreover, character differences came to the fore, resulting in a lack of appreciation for the work of all the respective other parties. We spent three months collaborating with a team to rework some of the project goals and realign them, the implementation was discussed with project managers and they were given specific management coaching according to their managerial functions. Once the deadline had elapsed, the project teams joined forces once again and worked towards a target. Thanks to more conscious communication, alongside the pleasure of performing the project work itself, a successful feeling of “togetherness” also emerged.
